At Future Forests, we are building robust MRV frameworks to ensure transparency, scientific integrity, and measurable outcomes across all future projects.
What We Plan to Monitor:
  - Carbon Sequestration
We intend to measure carbon storage from both tree growth and biochar using Verra-approved methodologies (such as VM0047). Our approach will integrate tools like LIDAR, remote sensing, and laboratory analysis of biochar samples. Independent third-party audits will validate results.
  - Biodiversity and Soil Health
Planned monitoring will track indicators such as species richness, habitat regeneration, soil fertility, and water quality through on-the-ground sampling and camera traps.
  - Community Impact
We aim to measure benefits including job creation, income improvements, and agricultural productivity gains, ensuring local stakeholders share in the economic value of carbon markets.
  - Technology and Data Management
All project data will be securely stored in centralized systems. Remote sensing, drone imagery, and participatory tools will help enhance precision and community engagement.
By designing projects to rigorous standards and pursuing independent certification, we seek to provide investors with confidence in both the integrity and scalability of our future carbon assets.
